"The breakfast buffet both mornings we were there was very disappointing. No orange juice both days. No napkins the first day; you ran out of skim milk the second day. Scrambled eggs unedible. Staff willing but obviously harried. And the buffet set-up is ridiculous: you have the toaster and waffle irons down on one end so it gets very congested there with people who want to do toast having to crawl through the people who are waiting for waffles. The pool is nice but the chairs have seen better days. In fact, the entire hotel is tatty and,except for the lobby/registration area, in need of upgrade. The desk staff were accommodating."

"The front desk employees were wonderful! Our 1st night reservation got messed up and they gave us a discount and then upgraded our room for the following nights stay. They also helped me out with my laundry when I was in desperate need of an additional dryer. They were very friendly and helpful!"
