"The Hotel, staff, (except for one lady who replenishes the breakfast items, bagels and such, was a little cranky...guess I took too long picking a bagel and putting it on a napkin, all forgiven) were great, sean who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice, nice to come back to our room in the evening to fresh towels and clean bathroom, and beds remade and pulled down for you. very nice. Everything at the hotel was fine...I will not use Hotel X ever again though. Did not know that they charge you an extra 40 on you bill.....much higher than booking directly with the hotel itself. NEVER AGAIN....have learned from my mistake...booked two different hotels for our trip with them and learned from the first hotel that they charged me like $37.98 more than what the room would have been if I booked direct. Warning to all who use HOTEL X .com.... don't do it!!!!! Unless you like throwing away your money."
