"Personally, the WHOLE town of Susanville was a bad experience! The girl at the front desk, was one of the first bust not last RUDE people I met during my stay. I'm not perfect but I know when it comes to customer service, the customer comes first. NOT IN SUSANVILLE! I had the impression that most were a little prejudice. I only met one nice young lady and she worked at the Hungry Moose resturaunt. Thanks to her my last day in Susanville was ok!"
