"Enjoyed my stay at the Grand VISTA HOTEL with a magnificent and panoramic vew of the valley,easy access to the freeways and PRESIDENT RONALD REAGAN'S PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY.The hotel staff were friendly and very courteous.Will definately return to the GRAND VISTA again.I highly recommend the GRAND VISTA HOTEL."

"All requests made fell on deaf ears-we asked for extra towels and coffee mugs and never received them. There were no roll away beds or extra blankets. The breakfast buffet was poorly stocked and when asked for more bread for toast-the reply was "the buffet closes soon" It was open for another hour. We left and went out to brakfast and did not eat another meal there. We had stayed at the hotel when it was a Raddison and never had any problems."
