"We had to move to a different room 4 or 5 times (I lost count!) for various reasons. The last room we had had a big ugly place in the bathroom ceiling where a repair seemed to have been attempted. All in all, this was a very expensive overnight stay and DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! Actually, they probably should have given us some sort of compensation....The lobby of the hotel is beautiful, but the rooms are definitely not worth the money!!.....Very disappointing! and expensive!!...."
