"Check my answer to No. 6. I do Expect a Refund... No Soap, TP, Shampoo, Clock-Radio, Remote did not work. And this was a room deemed Ready for Check-In. Never did recieve the shampoo, clock-radio, or get a remote that worked. In 26 years of travel this was the worst, and the Second worst was the Super 8 in San Diego. That survey is Next. Wonder if I will reveive that Refund?"

"The room I reserved online was not available when we arrived. I initially stayed but when the shelf in the room fell down we left. We didn't not qualify for a refund because we had already checked in so I felt totally ripped off. You should take this Super 8 off your list of recommended motels. It was awful, but the people who worked there were nice."
