"It smelled of smoke when we entered the room, then when we put the heater on it smoked the room and smeeled of burnt smoke. Furthermore, when we arrived our reservation was wrong. They had our reservation for a smaller room than what was promised at a higher rate...In the end the manager did not charge us for all that had gone wrong. That showed us that they really cared about us returning and fixing the problem. Since we visit that city every year we will definitely keep that in mind!"
