A bed to sleep on in a good location, not much more
"The location of the hotel itself compared to downtown was great. The location of the room, not so much - we had to walk through the restaurant and breakfast eating area to get to our room, and had to deal with the the noise from the restaurant all evening. The bed in the room was uncomfortable, the sink leaked, and when we walked in for the first time, our room "opened up" into an adjoining room."
