"I was upset every morning when I went to fix coffee and there were no coffee packages. Sometimes they would leave decaf, but is not what I needing. I would call housekeping and ask for them, but it could take up to 30 minutes to get one and that would throw my time table off in the mornings. Also, it was hard to get from the upper area where we stayed to the main office & restaraunt area. There needs to be an easy way to communicate about needing a ride. The housekeepers were good when they cleaned each day. The front desk folks were nice. I called for maintance on the toliet and they never came. I called two times for a light bulb. The light in the room was poor. The size and arrangement of the room was very nice. The pool area needs to be groomed better. It is a lovely place but the plants are ugly and it could be so pretty. We enjoyed the spa area."

"We got one of the older rooms for the bargain rate. Air conditioning was poor, very slow and extremely noisy. n Didn't stay long enough to have an opinion on anything else. Convenient to UCLA which was our reason."
