"The room I stayed in did not smell good and needed its carpeting cleaned. The motel was noisy due to extended stay familes who were noisy at night. Nice attentive management."

"As I work in the hospitality industry, I always review everything from a 5 star resort to a motel. The front desk person at check in was okay, she could have looked me more in the eye rather than keep head down. I went to the desk for check out (to determine if I needed to go through any process) and the front desk person was extremely rude, never acknowledged my presence. He was working on an audit problem or rather the person from the previous shift was short in her drawer. He could have stopped what he was doing and answered whether I had to complete a check out process. I left."
