"I was not able to use the wireless internet service, this is one of the main reasons that I picked this hotel besides the location. Your tech support representative did not contact me and had to pay for wireless internet service elsewhere the next morning. The coffee pot had dirt and a dead fly in the area where water is poured into the coffee pot assembly with the cover missing for that same area. In my opinion I did not get my monies worth in regards to the inconvenience of not being able to complete my reports the night of the stay and the cofee pot issue. I spoke with the desk person and advised him of my concerns, he said he would note them but offered no further compensation to satisfy my concerns about the problems mentioned."
