"I had no wireless internet connection and needed this for my business. I had to drive to the college campus to connect. When I called the front desk and talked to Taneesha she said the internet was down. No apology for my inconvenience or anything! Then I had to probe her to tell me how long it would be down. She then tells me it's been down all week. I told her I was very unhappy and wanted to talk to a manager because I would not have stayed in their hotel if I had know that. I am a real estate agent and needed to communicate with clients while out of town. She told me the manager was not in and she didn't even offer to leave a message for the manager. I asked when is the manager going to be back and she said they are off work on weekends. I asked her who handles complaints on the weekend and she said she would have to leave a message. When I checked out of the hotel the next day I told her no one had called me about my complaint. She said the manager was suppose to call. The lobby smelled really bad!! I will not stay here again. My daughter is going to SAU college so I will be traveling her for games on a regular basis, but will find another hotel that is more accomodating and has good customer service. Oh, when we first checked in they had to change us from one room to another because the room smelled like smoke real bad!"
