"Most of the people that worked their were nice. Our room had one light blub that worked. The pool was green, the washer, dryer and ice maker did not work. Our walls in the bedroom, bathroom had mold on them. The shower and toliet needed to be cleaned. One day we needed wash cloths the girl at the front desk said that there were none clean and she did not know how to run the washer. I asked to get a refund to go somewhere else but that did not happen either. I was not very impressed."

"they advertised high speed internet access. they don't have internet access at all. I will not stay there again. The staff was ignorant of the hotel amenities, service was deplorable"

"The non-smoking rooms all had ashtrays in them. The one we were first given had just recently been smoked in by the housekeeping staff. We had to get our room key redone every time we left for more than just a few minutes. There were not enough towels for our family and the hotel was not even half full. Our room had no blowdryer in it and we needed on on Sunday so that we could get ready to go to a funeral home. The front desk called at 6:45 a.m. the next day to see if we were the family that needed a blowdryer. We did not leave a wakeup call and had not plan on getting up untill around 8 a.m. Managememt was rude and it goes from there. The Assistant Manager was the only person the we could talk to the owners and the manager were all out of town."
