"I HAD REQUESTED NON-SMOKING ROOM AND MY ROOM SMELLED OF SMOKE. I ALSO WAS A LITTLE UPSET WHEN WE WERE TOLD THAT OUR CHILDREN WERE TOO LOUD IN THE POOL. THEY WERE NOT BEING DISRUPTIVE. THE ROOM ECHOED, EVEN THE MERE SPLASH OF THE WATER ECHOED. THE POOL WAS OPEN TO GUESTS UNTIL ELEVEN. A HOTEL SUCH AS YOURS SHOULD ACCOMODATE ALL GUESTS. I FEEL THAT IF A GUEST ON THE UPSTAIRS FLOOR, DIRECTLY ABOVE THE POOL, COMPLAINS ABOUT THE NOISE GENERATED BY THE GUEST POOL, IT SHOULD NOT BE DIRECTED TO THE GUESTS IN THE POOL IF THEY ARE NOT BEING DISORDERLY."
