The hotel's location was praised by many lodgers, who described it as central and close to restaurants, shopping, galleries, Colon Theatre and Santa Fe Street. One guest noted, "The hotel is located in a strategic point of the city. Close to everything. I walked to the Casa Rosada, Teatro Colón, Florida Street and several other downtown sights. It was also possible to get to the neighbourhood of Recoleta just walking".
Numerous reviewers enjoyed the hotel's free breakfast. They found it to be delicious, wonderful, varied and plentiful, with several hot and cold choices.
