"The only negative thing was the room service breakfast which we ordered for two consecutive mornings. The timing was generally quite prompt but both mornings we were missing cutlery and the second morning we only had one slice of toast each and two sachets of honey when we'd actually asked for peanut butter and jam! Otherwise everything was excellent."
