"Did not know where to park my car in advance, and had to go back out and do a lap of the airport to get back into Short Term carpark, which I found a little annoying. Was very impressed about how quiet my room was considering it's proximity to the airport. A lovely hotel overall."

"We also stayed on 28.06.04 and both times we were very happy with everything. I guess if we were wishing to shop or go to restaurants we would prefer to stay in Melb central. However we plan to stay with you whenever we're going on hols via Tullamarine airport which happens for most holidays. We intentionally added two nights to our trip to New Zealand so we could stay with you at the start and the end. We intend to do so each time.Staff in the bar were very very good as was a young man at reception (who was in a Hilton polo shirt and was helping the girls with the computer). The housekeeping team were also very efficient. One of the girls a reception might need a little help in handling unhappy customers-she was dealing with a guest who had a problem with his booking; she felt obliged to fill in the silence while waiting for the computer to work with comments which were friendly but clearly annoyed him even more. Thankyou and cheers Barbara"
