The hotel's location was convenient for many reviewers. They described it as easily accessible and close to shopping, restaurants, highway access, hospitals and Centro Comercial Perisur.
Some guests were pleased with their accommodations at the hotel. They found their rooms to be quiet, functional and clean, with fast Wi-Fi and great Volcano views. Some travellers were disappointed with their lodgings, however (see below).
The hotel's staff were praised by several patrons. They were characterized as friendly and efficient.
