Located about a 5-minute walk from Insurgentes Metro Station in Mexico City's Zona Rosa District, NH Mexico City is geared towards business and vacation travellers who require a hotel with meeting/banquet space, easy access to public transit and an outdoor pool.

This hotel has 302 air-conditioned guest rooms and suites, each offering free Wi-Fi, cable TV, a coffee/tea maker, a minibar, an in-room safe, a desk, a sitting area with a sofa, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. Standard rooms offer one king bed or two queen beds and the hotel is wheelchair accessible.

The hotel's location was praised by numerous reviewers, who found it to be close to public transit, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, Paseo de la Reforma, Zona Rosa and the airport. One guest noted, "The hotel itself is in a very safe and great location within walking distance [of] many clubs, bars, and restaurants".

Many lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay, characterizing the staff as helpful, bilingual and accommodating. One patron remarked, "I found the staff very friendly and helpful with regard to arranging taxis, giving directions and just being overall friendly and attentive".
