The hotel's location was praised by numerous reviewers, who found it to be close to public transit, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, Paseo de la Reforma, Zona Rosa and the airport. One guest noted, "The hotel itself is in a very safe and great location within walking distance [of] many clubs, bars, and restaurants".
Many lodgers were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay, characterizing the staff as helpful, bilingual and accommodating.
