The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by reviewers. They were characterized as helpful, friendly, responsive and professional. Guests described staff as providing quick check-in and check-out services.
Numerous lodgers were pleased with the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, comfortable, tastefully remodelled, quiet, spacious and well equipped, with strong Wi-Fi signals. It should be noted, however, that a few reviewers had complaints about their rooms (see below).
