"I arrived with my parents in their car. They stayed in a different room, however, upon check out, I noticed they had charged me for parking. My parents were also charged for parking. This should not be a standard charge. They problem was rectified with a phone call to the front desk...however it should not have happened in the first place. We had breakfast in the upper restaurant. Although it was ok....it was not worth the cost....although I guess one pays for the view...which was excellent, of the falls."

"The Hilton is a very nice hotel, I did not appreciate having to pay for parking, and a destination fee on top of the hotel bill though. The ammount of money that is charged per night is already outrageous!!! In the future I would probaby choose to stay at one of the smaller hotels."

"We arrived at 1:00 p.m., and were not able to get into the room until around 4:30 p.m. Then, the room was not the same as the one that we had reserved, according to Hilton on-line. The view of Niagara Falls was very poor. When we went back to the Front Desk to make a change, they were not helpful, and made no attempt to change the room on either one of the two days that we stayed. We asked for additional pillows, and did not receive them, either day. We also asked for enough towels for a family of four, and did not receive them, either day. The waterfall pool was freezing. We strongly recommend that visitors to Niagara Falls stay at the Sheraton, Embassy Suites, Brock Plaza, or the Casino across the street from the Hilton, because the Casino building is about the best view that they are going to get!"

"We were upgraded to a Fallsview room at no extra charge which was a great bonus. We were not happy with the parking situtation. There was limited parking and you had to pay $15 up front for parking per day."

"I did not appreciate a parking bill tagged onto my hotel bill, and this will prevent me from ever staying at this chain of hotel again. As if the bill wasn't expensive enough, you make me pay to park, too? Utterly ridiculous!"

"Found my room unclean, clothes hangers on the floor, a welcome card for previous occupants and some pins left on carpet that were truly dangerous, one piercing my foot. On complaint to desk was greeted with bored disinterest, despite the fact that I could have sued and I was made to feel that, as I had booked by Internet, I was lucky to have a room at all. Because I am a senior citizen and wished to enjoy Niagara Falls for a further night and certainly did not want the inconvenioence of leaving the hotel, stayed in a 'Standard' rate room for the second night, surrounded by rowdy teenagers who were banging on doors the whole night. Not a pleasant experience, to say the least and certainly NOT what I come to expect from Hilton. By the way, the Restaurant was superb and the service was perfect, in sharp contrast to the surliness of the Reservation Desk. You really need to check them out. All the above is accurate and it spoiled, what was for me, a nostalgic return to Niagara after 30 years. Clive Lythgoe."
