The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's location, breakfast and rooms.
Numerous guests enjoyed the hotel's location, and described it as central, as well as close to public transit, shopping, restaurants, the waterfront, the airport, Casino Cosmopol and Oscar Theatre. One patron remarked, "The location is splendid, right in the middle of the city with all shopping and theaters, next to the train station and the Arlanda Express trains".
The hotel's breakfast was a source of many compliments by lodgers, who found it to be excellent and diverse, with several hot and cold items. One guest noted, "Rich breakfast buffet that can suit all tastes, both of those following a healthy organic lifestyle and of those who cannot start there day without an abundant plate of scrambled eggs & sausages or a large helping of pancakes :-)". There were some complaints about the breakfast service and area, however (see below).

Although several lodgers were pleased with their clean and quiet rooms, some guests were disappointed with their lodgings. Most notably, reviewers found the rooms to be quite small, and lacking in storage and wardrobe space. Other complaints included no in-room fridges or windows in some rooms.
While the majority of travellers praised the quality and variety of the free breakfast, some guests had issues with the breakfast's set-up. They described it as poorly organized and chaotic, with limited seating.
