Numerous reviewers were pleased with the hotel's location. They described it as easy to find and central, as well as close to restaurants, shopping, public transit, Old Town and the waterfront.
The hotel's staff were the source of many compliments by guests. They were characterized as polite, professional, and helpful with recommendations and directions.
Several lodgers enjoyed the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as spacious, clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds, good water pressure and efficient air conditioning. It should be noted, however, that a few guests had complaints about their lodgings (see below).
The hotel's free breakfast was also enjoyed by several patrons. They described it as generous, fresh, fantastic delicious and varied. A few reviewers did find the breakfast area too small on the hotel's busier days, however.
