The hotel's location was praised by numerous guests, who described it as central, and close to Old Town, shopping, restaurants, Central Station, a grocery store, the Palace of Culture and the airport. One reviewer remarked, "We were very satisfied with this hotel, especially the location. It is bang in the centre of all activities - bus station, shopping complexes, attractions, restaurants, etc. The old city is just a bus trip away and the buses are frequent".
Many reviewers complimented the hotel's staff, characterizing them as friendly, efficient, bilingual, attentive and professional. One guest noted that the staff were very knowledgeable about the area and were a good resource for directions and recommendations.
