"Alex from Wales writes having stayed in the excellent krakow centrum the bronowice, was a very poor situation with very rude and uncaring management. it compares to a tourist factory where innocent people aare dumped off unknowing of the choices available. the cost represents no value for money, i can truly say it is the worst hotel i have stayes in on three continents."
