Numerous guests enjoyed the hotel's location. They found it to be close to Oslo Central Station, the city centre, the Opera House, restaurants, the waterfront, shopping and museums.
The hotel's accommodations were praised by many reviewers. They described their rooms as spacious, clean and modern, with comfortable beds, great views of the city and Opera House and great water pressure. It should be noted, however, that a few guests had complaints about their rooms (see below).
Several lodgers were pleased with the hotel's breakfast. They described it as outstanding, extensive and lovely, with a large variety of hot and cold items. A few guests did wish there was a toaster provided, however.
The hotel's staff were also praised by several reviewers, who characterized them as friendly, helpful and bilingual.
