"Reception staff need to be better informed as to where one can exchange money in the area. The information given was wrong and caused some in inconvenience. Generally the stay was very good. I felt that one male member of staff in 42nd street did not approve of our taking a young child into the restaurant. His female colleague was however very helpful."
