"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They recommended an Indian restaurant up the street that was the best meal and service that we had in Europe. The buffet breakfast at the hotel was huge with everything from chocolate-filled croissants to eggs, hasbrowns and sausage. It was the best value for the dollar we found in London or Paris. It was very convenient to take the shuttle to and from the airport where you can take the underground into London."
