The hotel's location was praised by many lodgers, who described it as easy to find and central, as well as close to public transit, Oxford St., shopping, restaurants and attractions. One guest noted, "The location of this hotel couldn't have been better for us. It is within a very short walking distance to Oxford Street shopping, the Bond Street tube and buses and quite a number of excellent pubs and restaurants".
Numerous reviewers complimented the hotel's staff, characterizing them as friendly, efficient and helpful. One patron remarked, "Although there wasn't a concierge desk there were at least three or four staff members ready at all times with helpful information".
