"I have used La Villa annually for the last four years; unfortunately this time there were two problems. First, we were not assigned a room until some three hours after we arrived at the hotel, which was not good. Second, the bathtub proved very difficult to empty, because the stopper refused to open. I did not expect this to happen in a 'Superior' room. If I am in Paris next year (and I hope to be), I will use the hotel again but if errors of this magnitude recur I would have to make changes."
