Many guests praised the hotel's location, describing it as central and close to public transit, the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, shopping, restaurants and Notre Dame. One patron noted, "For us the biggest advantage of this hotel is great location: all the main sights can be reached on foot and the subway station is very close".
The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments by reviewers, who characterized them as friendly, helpful, efficient and bilingual. One guest remarked, "Help at the front desk is unparalleled... they offer kind assistance and have a wealth of information on locations, highlights, and transportation".
