The hotel's location was praised by many reviewers of the hotel. They found it close to L'Arc de Triomphe, public transit, restaurants, shopping, a supermarket, Le Champs D'Elysees and the Eiffel Tower.
Numerous guests were pleased with the level of customer service they received. They characterized the staff as helpful, friendly, responsive and bilingual.
Several lodgers enjoyed the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, modern, functional, quiet and well equipped, with comfortable beds. A few patrons had complaints bout their lodgings, however (see below).

Noises from guests in adjacent rooms and noisy air conditioning were also reported by a few guests.
