Many guests were pleased with the level of customer service they received, characterizing the staff as responsive, hard-working and bilingual.
The hotel's location was praised by numerous lodgers, who described it as safe and close to public transit, the Eiffel Tower, Notra Dame Roland Garros, restaurants, shops and a supermarket. One guest noted, "This was the perfect little launching pad for our 4 days in Paris. Close to subway, next to that is a small market area (bread, cheese, fruit, pastries, cafes, wine etc.). There is also a supermarket very nearby".
