The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments by guests, who characterized them as attentive, helpful with recommendations and professional. One reviewer remarked, "Let me say without any hesitation that the staff at the Hotel Arts is amazing. Bright and eager to please they pamper you from the moment you arrive. Recommendations are carefully thought out and changes are made at the last minute without any fuss".
Many reviewers praised the hotel's accommodations. They described their rooms as clean, spacious, well equipped, beautifully decorated and modern, with spectacular views of the sea and city and comfortable beds.
Several lodgers enjoyed the hotel's location, finding it to be close to the city centre, Las Ramblas, the beach, restaurants and Sagrada Familia church. One guest stated, "hotel is very well placed for Barcelona attractions and the open top tour bus stop just across the road".
The Bad
