Many travellers praised the hotel's staff, characterizing them as helpful, efficient and bilingual. One guest remarked, "The staff was excellent-excellent-excellent. They warmly greeted us when we came into the lobby area. Their patience in explaining the local sights in detail was very appreciated. If you needed something, they could tell you where to obtain it".
