The hotel's location was praised by many travellers, who described it as easily accessible and central, as well as close to landmarks, taxis, restaurants, shopping and boat tours. One patron noted, "The hotel is well located for central Copenhagen attractions. Most are within easy walking distance".
Numerous reviewers were pleased with the level of customer service they received during their stay. They characterized the staff as friendly, efficient, bilingual and helpful with dinner recommendations and reservations.
Several guests enjoyed their accommodations at the hotel. They described their rooms as clean, well equipped, spacious and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. A few patrons did have complaints about their lodgings, however (see below).
