Numerous guests praised the hotel's staff, characterizing them as attentive, helpful, professional and bilingual. One patron remarked, "From the moment we arrived to the time we left, the staff at this hotel went out of their way to ensure that our stay was successful. The Front desk team were friendly and very efficient; any problems were attended to immediately and solved".
