"1. The free breakfast is Excellent - apart from the convenience of the location and the low price, this is one the major reasons I chose this hotel. Recommendations: 1. If there could be services to put up my luggages into the room after checking in or put them down when checking out. 2. If there could be air conditioning inside the room. 3. If there could be a few more lights inside the room. 4. If there could be some hangers / hooks inside the bathroom to allow me to hang up some clothes while taking a shower. 5. If the room cannot be checked in earlier, it could be nicer if there could some locked room at the reception for me to house my luggages temporarily so that I could go out. My luggages were then stuck with some number tags and safekept by the concierge staff who gave me another number tag to collect my luggages upon my return."
