The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's staff, rooms and location.
The hotel's staff were the source of numerous compliments by reviewers, who found them to be friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. One guest remarked, "First of all, the staff/service was absolutely fabulous. They not only gave us great information about what to do on our day in Brussels, but they were fun, kind, and gracious. They were willing to look through a list of restaurant recommendations and tell us which were the best".
Many lodgers were pleased with the hotel's accommodations, describing their rooms as spacious, clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and fast Wi-Fi. One patron noted, "The room was more spacious than expected, and the same goes for the bathroom. The double bed is the absolute highlight of the Four Points experience, being remarkably comfortable for a sub-100€ hotel". A few guests reported dated decor, however.
The hotel's location was enjoyed by several guests, who found it close to public transit, shopping, restaurants and Grand Place, as well as the Chatelaine and Flagey areas. One traveller offered, "As for position, this depends on what you are in Brussels for, It is right in the heart of ex-pat communities, so if you are visiting someone who lives in Brussels it is great, just a short tram (or about a 20 min walk) to the old town centre, plus you can get a tram from the corner of the street to the European parliament area of town".
