The GoodThe majority of the reviews sourced for this analysis were positive, with much praise going to the hotel's location, rooms and rates.
Numerous guests praised the hotel's location, finding it close to public transit, shopping, restaurants, attractions, Vienna's city centre, grocery stores and Stadthalle Stadium. One patron noted, "You are practically on Mariahilfer strasse, think Oxford Street London, lots of shops, bars, and places to eat. We even walked several times into central vienna, everything was so easy to find and a gentle stroll took around 20 minutes to the Hofberg and around 40 minutes to Stephansdom".
The hotel's lodgings were enjoyed by many reviewers. They described their rooms as clean, modern, spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds and quiet air conditioners. A few travellers had complaints about their rooms, however (see below).
