Nice employees but poor quality for the money paid
"Th staff at the reception are very nice and helpfull, but.... Air conditionning was a disaster at thE 1st room they gave me. Internet was not working neither, and of course no WIFI, so i had to change rooms. The internet was better in the 2nd room but Air conditionnig remained bad. The excuse was that in Europe they don't need air conditionning, they rarely experience heat... Please! it's 2010! on the last day, I ordered HOT MILK for breakfast. The 1st time they sent cold milk so i called the reception and made my point and ordered sugar with that. They sent hot milk with no sugar. They had to resend some one for the sugar. Also, you have to use your card every time you use the elevators. So If you have a date, you have to come down and recieve them! The hotel website advertises a gym...let's not talk about that! it's shamefull!"
