"Thanks for the upgrade - it was very much appreciated and was a welcome surprise after some weeks of travel. The reception/housekeeping staff were exceptionally helpful. Parking facilities were convenient and good. It would be good to ask guests if they could cope with rooms on second floor - sometimes the elderly may not be able to cope with the stairs or those that have extra luggage to take up the stairs. Otherwise - thanks for a great (albeit short) stay."
