"I only found one of your staff members to be friendly and that was the young man Tim. I cannot fault the service of your staff, just their lack of warmth. The room my husband and I were in, was 1013. Excellent in all ways apart from the fact that there was no real window in the room and it made me feel very claustrophobic. Not something I usually suffer. Though the air-conditioner was working the room felt airless to us. Perhaps you could do something about that for future clients."
