"The hotel was under construction. There was banging, jack-hammering, sanding, grinding, trucks, diesel exhaust, dust, clutter, etc. during our entire stay. One night at 10:30 PM, the work people were still working on the rooms, sanding, hammering, grinding, etc. I called the front desk to have them stop the work. After several minutes, I had to personnally go up and tell the foreman and the workman to stop work myself. I stayed up there for 1/2 hour until a rep. from the hotel showed up and told them to stop also. It was very, very, very rude to continue work at this hour, only two floors above us. When I call the front desk, someone should have gone up immediately, and not made me have to handle it myself. Very, very, very unprofessional!!!!!!!"
