"1. When we booked the hotel we asked for softr pillows, and when we stayed there before, the pillows were so hard, we didn't sleep well. When my husband was in Guanajuato before our stay there, he stopped by to see if they had notes about the pillow. They did not, and didn't seem to know what we were talking about. However they said they would provide softer pillows. Then, when we checked in, we again asked about the pillows, and again, they had no record of it, but said they would provide the pillows. They did not, and luckily we caught a maid cleaning the room near us, and asked her to bring us softer pillows, which she graciously did. 2. On the positive side, we found the breakfast a great improvement over the stay last year. It satisfied our needs, and there was a great variety of breakfast foods. the help was efficient, pleasant and helpful"
