"room was not serviced properly - soap, shampoo not replaced, tea coffee service not replenished. House keeping staff did not know English, did not replace linens till asked to do and refused to refresh bedsheets for the stay and their demeanor was rude - perhaps because of the language barrier. I was not informed of the connection with the airport via bus/ train and had to take expensive taxi. Had to discover the connection on my own after reaching hotel - something a customer centric organization would do. Front desk staff was very courteous. Breakfast was very good, but the same everyday. Climate control was poor in the room. I will try this hotel one more time, though, since it was clean and met my basic needs. Good infrastructure but poor service"
