"This is supposed to be the number one hotel in Verona. In fact the rooms and public places need a lot of work. Much of it is dirty or not working (elevator, air conditioning). Staff were less then friendly (and this is NOT normal in Italy). When I pointed out that the air conditioning was not working, they did not even register the fact.The result was a very negative experience in a great city. Far too expensive and I will definitely never stay there again.Martin Elling"

"Old and charming. Getting there is slightly difficult due to the lay of the old town. Once in it, we were at the heart of town with shopping and resturants within walking distance. Parking was difficult. Overall very good. Eng-Hwi"
