"I e-mailed Best Western and the hotel itself to get driving directions from the airport and information on the "excursions" advertized on the website. Best Western said e-mail the hotel the hotel never replied. After arriving we called to get verbal directions but the directions we got were vague. Long story short if you didn't speak Italian there wasn't a solitary soul that worked there that spoke English. The website exaggerated the sites and the excursions. Other than the hotel food I was not pleased with the hotel. In fact, I will avoid all international Best Westerns in the future. I want to the website to be honest about what's available. If you're advertising to Americans then you have to have English speakers available. I do a lot of traveling and this is my first complaint ever."
