"Thank you for taking the time to survey your clients. I am encouraged to fill out this survey mainly because I feel very frustrated with the service at this hotel. While the amenities are OK, and the hotel is rather clean, the staff of the hotel could not be more rude. It was really absolutely unacceptable. The location of the hotel is quite far from the center as well, not a walking distance by any means. Taking the level of service at this hotel, I would note give more that 2 stars nor would I recommend it to anyone. Best regards, Katia Karpova"
