"The staff were very friendly and helpful when required..... no criticism on that front. My only serious problems were with the fridge *shock horror* I had to pull for minutes at a time to get it open, breaking nails and almost fingers, in an effort to get it open each time, think it may have needed changing. To top it off, the contents of the mini bar (in the fridge) were regulated by sensors which meant that if you moved an item, it would get charged to your room.... again *shock horror* The notice that warned me of this was discreetly hidden away behind the ice bucket so i wasn't aware if this until i'd been charged. HOWEVER!! a swift phone call to reception placated me that i wouldn't be charged for anything that i hadn't consumed. My initial panick could have been avoided by the notice being more prominant in the first place. But no matter. The only other issue was with the in-house films..... they were all family oriented ones and there were only two available per day. Shame really, didn't compare to the Holiday Inn in that respect. Having said that.. the hotel was located on the beach..... in walking distance of the centre of town, had great customer service and was very clean. All in all..... was great :) Apart from the fridge......"
